Bloom Within Studio x Cowo & Crèche Workshops

 

In partnership with Cowo & Crèche, Bloom Within Studio offers recurring creative emotional wellness workshops for women and children in the DMV area.

Bloom Within Studio partners with Cowo & Crèche to host intentional monthly workshops designed to help women and families reconnect, regulate, and reset. Cowo & Creche is a coworking and event space founded by U.S. Air Force veteran and mother, Shamena Nurse-Kingsley.Designed to be the village working parents deserve, Cowo & Crèche combines productive coworking spaces with on-site childcare, creating an environment where work and family can flourish side by side.

Our workshops are hosted within this thoughtfully built community space — where intention, support, and growth come together.These sessions combine structured reflection with guided creative practices in a supportive, community-centered environment.

 

 

These are structured 1-hour guided sessions designed to gently reduce mental overload, promote self-reflection, and help you reconnect with yourself through creative wellness tools.

Through reflection prompts, small rituals, thoughtfully designed worksheets, and intentional creative tools, you’ll build clarity and emotional regulation in a way that feels grounded and real.

Because self-love isn’t loud.
It’s practiced — quietly and consistently.

Inside every session, you’ll experience:

• A guided reflection framework to organize your inner world
• A practical, repeatable mental tool you can use beyond the workshop
• A creative integration activity (journals, worksheets, small rituals, or intentional crafts)
• A take-home resource to support you long after the night ends

These workshops are about creating space — mentally and emotionally — so you can move forward with clarity, self-trust, and intention.

 

These sessions are designed for mothers who want to grow — without having to choose between caring for themselves and caring for their children.

During Mommy & Me workshops, moms participate in a structured, guided self-reflection session while children are engaged in supervised creative activities with Cowo & Crèche Kids.

You get space to think.
They get space to create. And when the time feels right, you come back together.

Each session includes:

• A guided reflection framework for moms to organize their inner world
• Creative, age-appropriate crafts for children aligned with the same emotional theme
• Supervised child engagement provided by Cowo & Crèche Kids
• An optional shared craft moment where moms and children reconnect

These workshops honor both parts of you —the woman who needs space to reflect, and the mother who wants to connect.
